Lead India Foundation governance structure ensures the highest levels of transparency and integrity in its operations. LIF is governed by multiple boards – Board of Trustees, Global advisory board and an executive board with appropriate oversight with checks and balances. Currently, the board of trustees is in place. A high level steering committee is also in place to formulate guidelines and to nominate members to both the global advisory board as well as LIF executive board and the process is underway. The board of trustees has the final approval authority.
